Hypnotherapy sessions are available in person and online by video conferencing. At home appointments are also available on request however, these need to be discussed prior to appointments to ensure the space is appropriate for the session. More information on this can be found here.
Payment Terms
At Altogether Therapy Clinics, we require a 50% deposit to secure massage therapy appointments when booking. You will receive a payment link to make this payment at the time of booking.
For hypnotherapy appointments, full payment is due 24 hours prior to each session.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour notice period for cancellations. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged the full rate for the appointment. Similarly, any missed sessions will be charged at the full rate.

BACS (bank transfer)
Regular Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please note that clients who regularly cancel or miss appointments will be required to make full payment for future sessions prior to the scheduled appointment date.
