As an integrative therapist, I bring together different models of therapy to offer a flexible and personalised approach that meets your individual needs. No two people are the same, and the way we work together will reflect that.

Creative Counselling Techniques – using metaphor, imagery, or art when words alone may not feel enough.

Sessions are available in person or online, depending on what works best for your lifestyle and comfort. Whether we meet face-to-face or virtually, the space is yours- confidential, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
